Named Notorious Headface, this Venture Bros. character is a one-time appearing villainous character and a member of the Guild of Calamitous Intent. In Shadowman 9: In the Cradle of Destiny, he appeared at both Phantom Limb's party in the flashback sequence as well as the rebuilding of the Cocoon. In Pomp and Circuitry, his name appears in the Guild Filing System. Notorious Headface was originally supposed to have a bigger appearance, but this was cut out.
