POPULATION: INFO: Rainier City is the northern most city in Evergreen County and is located on the western shores of the Stevenson Inlet and built up along the Evergreen Mountains. Rainier City is neighbored to the west by forest and the Pacific Ocean. To the north is the town of Farwood. East is the Evergreen Mountains, and the town of Emery. To the south is the Stevenson Inlet and the city of Stevenson.
