Remoni-Notra was born on the planet Pandina where she was one of several beings that were chosen by the Zamarons to be their Queen. This honor they had previously awarded to Carol Ferris of planet Earth but she refused their offer leading to the Zamarons deciding to select another bearer of the Star Sapphire gem. Their search led them to Notra who was given one of the five crystals and told of the existence of the other four. After being empowered by the Star Sapphire, she travelled to Earth with the intention of finding and stealing the other gems; starting with the one owned by Carol Ferris.
