Edward Paisley (b. 1949) is the brother of Tasha Paisley, a city bus driver in Boston, and a resident of Wyman Street. He was arrested for sexual abuse of minors in Costa Rica in 1989, spending six months in prison, and again in Cuba in 1996, spending ten months in prison in Havana.
