An american television director and screenwriter, born in 1941. He has directed multiple episodes for The Six Million Dollar Man: "The Pioneers", "Deadly Replay", "Act Of Piracy", "The Deadly Test" and "The Thunderbird Connection". Nyby graduated from Van Nuys High School in Van Nuys, California in 1959. He attended the University of Idaho for two years before transferring to the University Of Southern California. Nyby was sent to Vietnam as a photographer for the United States Air Force in 1963, and served a tour of duty there.
