John Malcolm (26th March 1936 - 14th June 2008) was a Scottish actor who in Coronation Street played Mark Brittain Warehouse storeman George Harrop in April 1972, with a return to the programme as Frank Pritchard, a prospective Rovers' cellarman interviewed by Annie Walker in June 1981. The founder of the Traverse Theatre in Edinburgh, his other television credits include Crossroads, Jason King, Minder and Inspector Morse.
