Vassiliki, Baroness von Ruffin (née Vassiliki Papathanasiou), best known professionally as Vicky Leandros, is a Greek singer and politician that has enjoyed a long and successful international career. She participated in Eurovision on two separate occasion, but both times as the representative for Luxembourg. Her first appearance was at the Eurovision Song Contest 1967 in Vienna with L'amour est bleu. Despite finishing in 4th place, the song went on to become an international hit, one of the few non-winning Eurovision songs to do so.
