Richard Rayner is a writer who worked for Sonic the Comic. His only contributions were to co-write many of the Decap Attack stories with Nigel Kitching. Rayner is usually an artist for other publications, drawing the Road to Perdition graphic novels, while also working for DC Comics, Marvel Comic, Doctor Who and Middlesborough FC.
