Igor Lukanin (born 3 February 1976 in Yekaterinburg, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union) is an ice dancer who has competed internationally for Azerbaijan and Germany. He competed for Germany with Ksenia Smetanenko from 1996-1997 and for Azerbaijan with Jenny Dahlen from 1998-2000. He then teamed up with Kristin Fraser. They are four-time Azerbaijani national champions and have competed at the 2002 and 2006 Winter Olympics. Lukanin married Daria Timoshenko in 2000. He was the flag bearer for Azerbaijan at the 2006 Winter Olympics.
