Bradley House is a large 7 storey tower block on Aspinden Road in the Rotherhithe area of Southwark, London. The concrete-framed block was constructed in the 1950s on a complex of temporary prefabs, assembled to assist with the housing shortage as a result of bomb damage in World War II. The block contains 77 flats, all of which are deck accessed on a Y-shaped footprint. It has brick masonry and pre-cast concrete panel facings.
