The Playboy Bunny costume is a costume worn by adult women. It is intended to represent a Playboy Magazine model during the numerous Playboy Mansion parties, where the girls dress in revealing outfits usually consisting of a black leotard or a corset and underwear, combined with high heels, a bunny ear headband and a poofy ball attached to the back to represent a bunny tail. Although properly one should also wear a fake collar and wrist cuffs along with it, these are not necessary to complete the look. Although significantly different, the male version of this costume would be a Hugh Hefner costumer.
