Puppy-Face Felson first appeared in the first season Dog City episode "Adventures in Puppysitting." He is known as the world greatest criminal child impersonator. He was hired by Bugsy to steal Zsa Zsa Gbark's Hope on a Rope Diamond. The plan goes awry when Puppyface is put in Ace's care. Puppy-Face returned for a gag cameo in the second season episode "Out of the Mouths of Pups" along with Meat the Butcher and Screwie Louie. His name is a take on the famed gangster Baby Face Nelson.
