Felix Finkledooper first appeared in The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss episode "The Cat in the Hat's Big Birthday Surprise." He also appeared in the episode "Cat's Play" when Sarah Hall-Small imagines she's a superhero, and Felix's cat Puffy is caught up in a tree and can't get down. Puffy starts to fall, but Sarah saves him and hands him to Felix.
