Rinna convinced Kim that he was a long lost Taresian and that she was to become his wife. Her real motive was to harvest his genetic material, which would ultimately kill him. Harry discovered her plot when he found another male, Taymon, reduced to wrinkled skin after his honeymoon of harvesting. In order to escape, he bound and gagged her, apologizing as he did so. (VOY: "Favorite Son") Rinna was played by Kelli Kirkland. Her name comes from the script.
