Previous: Hitler Is Killed by Traitor (CYOAH) Hitler's subordinates decide that there must be as little conflict as possible, so that enemies can't take advantage of the brief chaos in the Reich. They agree that Rudolf Hess, Hitler's Deputy Führer, should take power, even though some people, such as Himmler, plan to make him nothing more than a figurehead for their eventual rule, once the war is over. Since conflict is stalled for now, Hess must decide on what path he should take in prosecuting the war. The Reich is so far seen as triumphant in all things involving the military, and it is almost certain that he will succeed at whatever he chooses to do.
