Black Plate Mail Legs are the fourth weakest and fourth strongest plate mail legs in RuneScape Classic. They can be worn by players with level 10 Defense, and as with all Black equipment, players cannot make this item using the Smithing skill. They can be exchanged for a Black Plated Skirt from Thrander in south-eastern Varrock, and purchased from Louie's Legs in south-eastern Al Kharid or Valaine's Shop of Champions in Champions' Guild.
