Part 4 would have been much like Riddle Transfer where the three are stuck in an underground prison school with Shaw DeLot as the principal trying to interrogate the three. Phil was going to make the enormous bell ring which would land on Shaw DeLot. Phil would take the key and escape to the scene of the final part.
