The Tsuruchi Estate in the City of the Rich Frog was the base of operations for the Tsuruchi family in the western portion of the Empire. It was used as a way station for thr Bounty Hunters, relaying information on the criminals and bandit groups, which was gathered and sent a copy of it back to Kyuden Ashinagabachi for inclusion in the Tsuruchi Records.
