The barriers may be destroyed by right-clicking on the barrier, and choosing "Destroy". Friendly barriers can be destroyed in a single attempt, while barriers of the opposing team may take multiple attempts before being destroyed. You cannot place barriers close to an exit portal. If you attempt to do this, a message will appear saying: "Please do not block the exit." To change teams or to abandon an on-going game, the barrier generator may be destroyed. Despite being unequipable, the barrier generator has stats in the game's code.
