Mr. White is an agent from the Board of Education. He speaks in tongues and his means of transportation to school is a Board of Education helicopter. Mr. White is sent in by Principal Prickly when an outbreak over the use of the word "Whomps ". He desires to have the word banned from everyday use, even going so far as putting T.J. on trial in court, to which the Superintendent Skinner finds T.J. not guilty. His attire is based on that of a secret agent. He first appeared in the episode "The Story of Whomps" and later in "Recess: Taking the Fifth Grade ".
