[Source] Corinne Tilly is an oneiromancer, a sorceress specialized in dream interpretation. Geralt meets Corinne during the Novigrad Dreaming quest where he frees her from an endless nightmare created by the godling Sarah. In turn, Corinne helps Geralt by letting him dream about what happened to Ciri in Novigrad. This leads Geralt to Dandelion, who apparently had dealings with Ciri when she was in town. Corinne's services are later called up to convince Ge'els of Eredin's regicide of Auberon Muircetach.
