He is voiced and motion captured by former UFC Hall of Famer, Chuck Liddell Philip is easily described as a tough, attitude using, strong, stealthy leader of his gang. Philip has a dislike of cars, which is why he uses Motorbikes instead. Without a shadow of a doubt, Philip is one of the most feared bikers in Carcer City.
