Boy King had a twin brother named Richard who was kidnapped and put up for ransom. Richard lost his memory and the kidnappers took him from Swisslakia to the United States. Years later, Boy King and his Giant reunite with the lost sibling and tell him about his lost memories. Richard, now going by Muggsy, and his gang the Little Angels then help Boy King fight criminals including Dr. Plasma and Nickels Jordan.
