Sligs with armored head and forearms. The armor is overlapping metal. They carry a gun (hence the name popper) They are the most difficult slig to defeat with the exception of Big Bro Sligs. Though not seen in the picture to the right or in the game manual, in gameplay they and all armored sligs have a orange light that hangs off their backs.
