Joe Speare appeared on Coronation Street in March 1996 and September & November 1997 as Clive Middleton, father of hairdresser Fiona Middleton. His other credits include roles in Children's Ward, The Bill, Emmerdale, Prime Suspect 5: Errors of Judgement, That Peter Kay Thing, The Courtroom and the 2008 film Cold Earth. On stage he has appeared in productions of Hansel & Gretel, The Millennium Mysteries, Bouncers, Aladdin, Harvey, To Kill a Mockingbird, Peter Pan, Huck and I Can't Sing.
