Itchies like to live in a bunch where quantity means more than quality. An itching grasp can be felt when these tiny scumballs attack but usually nothing more. They can be put out quite easily at least in Normal and Nightmare difficulties because they are very vulnerable to almost all sorts of damage so a single whirlwind or chain lightning will bring down a pack of these.
