The Hand-It-Overs are Bandits that fight in the Glitz Pit. They are led by Bandy Andy. Like all Bandits, they can steal Mario's coins and items and deal damage at the same time. If a Big Bandit steals a coin or item of Mario's, Mario or his Partner must attack that Big Bandit within one turn or otherwise risk losing an item or coin.
