Kolrig was the first warlord of Dunland. He was tall and stunted. He ordered the invasion of Enedwaith. Kolrig ran into trouble when he attempted to infiltrate Isengard - he believed the Gondorians had abandoned it but in fact they had called the Rohirrim to act as guards while they went south to deal with the increasing threat from Mordor. Sauron was prepared for this move however, sending Haradrim and Easterlings to aid them. The Rohirrim were beset upon and had it not been for the Elves of Lorien and Rivendell they would have lost the battle. Kolrig was among the dead.
