Chee Kin Chan is a 3D artist who worked on The Getaway. In addition to being a 3D artist for the game, he also played and voiced Fu Shan Chu. Other than The Getaway he is credited for having worked on L.A. Noire as an art director. He presumably got the job as he knew Brendan McNamara.
