Grab 'n' run is one of the game types. You must hold the Gold Trophy for a certain amount of time before somebody else does. When you pick up the Trophy it makes you slower and it recovers your health much slower so watch out for your enenmies The time that is needed to hold it can be edited in Battle Mode
