A young person from the ghetto, or the inner city slums. Its quite a loose term but can imply uneducated and poor. For guys it can imply violent and criminal, but for girls implies promiscuous. In Separation Sunday this term is used to decribe Holly, probably mostly because of her promiscuouity.
