The Nadir was a restaurant located onboard the Imperial refueling depot Bannistar Station. Arno D'Vox, the station commander, maintained a private dining room within the restaurant that had spectacular views of a nearby planetoid, and in about 0 BBY, D'Vox invited the holostar Javul Charn to a meal with him in the restaurant.
