Monster Cards are offensive cards resembling the many creatures inhabiting Ragol and other zones in Phantasy Star Online Episode III C.A.R.D. Revolution. The cards are listed by rarity, starting from most common to most rare, and alphabetized in their rare category. Some ability descriptions have been modified from their listing in-game in order to clarify their usage.
