The Strumfelder Strand is made up of a number of episodes, centred around the character of Erhard Strumfelder and his cruel, sadistic activities. The role of primary antagonist is taken on by Strumfelder himself, while Joe Claude, Adelheid and Jonas Merhoff each play more sympathetic roles. Otto Wolff also plays a part in the final episode.
