The TIE Predator, otherwise known as the Predator-class interceptor, was a Sienar Fleet Systems-designed starfighter, used by the Galactic Empire and also the Sith Order of Darth Krayt circa 140 ABY. It was a significant upgrade from its predecessors, the TIE fighter and TIE interceptor designs of the Empire concieved during the Galactic Civil War, sporting significantly improved armor plating, weaponry, velocity, and manueverability, and even possessing deflector shields and a hyperdrive.
