Similar to her Fists of Lightning technique, Vibrating Steel charges Izumi's currently held weapon with a numbing static electricity. Much like a taser, the equipment can knock out an opponent upon contact depending on the size of the target and the amount of energy diffused into them. Like most of her other techniques, Izumi can decide whether she wants to incapacitate an enemy by striking them, numbing their limbs, or simply cause direct damage.
