Up until 1000 years ago this planet andthe Empire was ruled by Princess Kaguya Otsutsuki and her family. Eventually Momoshiki staged a Coup Detat on the former Imperial Family Killing Kaguya's parents and all but her and one sibling, Tenshi Otsutsuki. Kaguya along with a select few other members of the Otsutsuki Clan arrived on earth. After the end of the 4th Shinobi World War Kintaro, his organization and the Dharma Resistance attacked the planet leaving alot of areas in the city a devastated state.
