The Instant Vehicle Bomb is a Beta Weapon, which has been cut from Grand Theft Auto 2. The instant vehicle bomb was supposed to act the same as the normal Vehicle Bomb, the only exception is that it explodes instantly when the fire button is pressed, which means that the player will commit suicide when using it. Although it is a beta weapon, it can still be used for script mods.
