The Master of Wits was a single sensei of the Doji Courtier Academy who received a small building on the outer perimeter of the Academy grounds to teach Sadane, the deceptively coarse art of the courtly put-down. Casting a rival in a bad light without seeming gratuitous about it could help turn the tide in the courtier's favor.
