Ivor Prime was a naturally uninhabited prime planet in its star system. By the 24th century, this planet was home to a Federation colony. In 2373, the colony was destroyed by a Borg cube en route to Earth, as part of another attempt at an invasion of the Federation. Deep Space 5 informed Vice Admiral Hayes of the colony's fate, who then passed on the news to Jean-Luc Picard in 2373. (Star Trek: First Contact)
