Vagrant Imperial Computerized Entity Project, simply known as Project VICE, was a project headed by Electra Kadmon. It created an advanced AI named ADIM Kadmon for the usage of the the Elyurius Empire's emperor, Luthor Elyurius. However, during the Purge, an assistant named Geist Weiss altered the programming to take overs from him and not the emperor.
