It may only be cast on the overland map, and must be targeted at an existing Global Enchantment belonging a rival wizard. For the base Casting Cost of File:Icon Mana.png it will take control of the targeted Global Enchantment. The stolen enchantment now behaves in all respects as if it was cast by Spell Binding's caster.
