Shield Wall is one of the nine perks of Block in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Each point spent on this perk raises your blocking efficiency (amount of damage absorbed by your shield) by a percentage; 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, and 40% at maximum.
