The Promethean Race is given an isolated Demilitarized Zone, with no industry, just Agricultural Worlds, and ships to carry them between worlds. Without a military, the Prometheans swiftly become a far more likeable, well adjusted race, and are able to trade with other nations without threatening to kill them or invade their nation.
