From the Wikipedia page [1] The Lister Hospital is a private hospital in Chelsea, London, opened in 1985. It is part of the HCA International group which includes a number of other significant private hospitals in London. The building was established in 1891 as the British Institute of Preventative Medicine, later renamed the Jenner Institute and then, in 1903, renamed the Lister Institute of Preventive Medicine in honour of the great surgeon and medical pioneer, Joseph Lister. This Grade II Listed building along with an adjacent building, forms what is now the Lister Hospital.
