Wer Liebe lebt was the German entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 2001 in Copenhagen performed by Michelle. The song is a ballad, with Michelle exhorting her listeners to "live love" in order to be immortal and truly live life. Michelle also recorded the song with lyrics entirely in English, entitled "To Live for Love". She wore a glittery, shocking pink gown for her Eurovision appearance. The song was performed nineteenth on the night, following Poland and preceding Estonia. At the close of voting, it had received 66 points, placing eighth.
