The "Bike Frame" was used in a plot to capture The Leaf, an opportunistic thief operating in the Eldorado Zone. In order to entice him, a couple of the citizens held a conversation about the exhibit being moved there from the Steptoe Zone. The Leaf overheard and broke into the museum that night and discovered the frame on a pedestal. Unfortunately for him, upon grabbing the frame for himself, the paint came off on his hands, revealing the lie. Worse still, Tails and the citizens were also in the room to witness the crime firsthand.
