Igur Lout was the cook and one of three Houseblade captains at Kagamandra Tulas' estate in Kurald Galain. He had served with Kagamandra during the Forulkan War. Lout was a squat, wide man prone to retelling a single joke. Fellow Houseblade captain Trout thought him not a bad cook despite his pathetic state. He was close enough to Kagamandras to inform him that the lord's father had been "a fuck-wit" whose death had been mourned by no one. Trout complained that Lout had "all the delicacy of a pig on a place mat".
