Joe is the leader of Truck Rangers. He was good friends with Jacob Wilson acting like pals. Chaos has capture Joe along with Patrick, Shannon, Raymond and Gina to become the evil Truck Rangers. Jacob thinks that Joe betrays him by Chaos. He begins to fight Jacob to make Hades please, with the destruction of Nitro Megazord, it was completely scrapped into metal by Truck Brawler Megazord. In fact, Truck Rangers admit defeat and joins the Rangers.
