Chrysanthemum Conspirators were those men who joined together in secret to oppose Emperor Hantei XVI, the Steel Chrysanthemum. They sought to commit the terrible crime of regicide, as the only viable option to finish with one of the most heinous time periods of Rokugan's history. One of the Emperor's brothers, Otomo Nazeru, become its leader.
